At Best IT Sector Online, we value our students and want to ensure transparency in our payment and refund process. Please read the policy carefully before enrolling in any course.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment.
Refunds will only be considered if:
The student has not accessed/consumed more than 20% of the course content.
The student faces genuine technical issues that prevent course access (and our support team cannot resolve them).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to attend live classes despite access being provided.
Completion of a significant portion of the course (20% or more).
Misuse of course content, sharing login credentials, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at Info@bestitsector.online with your order details and reason for the refund.
Our support team will review your request within 7 working days.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 10–15 working days.
4. Course Transfer / Adjustment
Instead of a refund, students may request:
Course Transfer – shifting enrollment to another course of equal value.
Fee Adjustment – applying the paid amount towards a future batch (if applicable).
